John 4:13-15

¹³Jesus said to her,

“Everyone who drinks this water
will be thirsty again.
¹⁴But whoever drinks the water that I will give him
will never be thirsty.
The water that I will give him
will become a spring of water within him
welling up to eternal life.”

¹⁵The woman said to him, “Sir, give me this water so that I may not be thirsty and have to come here to draw water.”
